Privacy policy
This policy describes the information collected through Polk Septic Help, why it is used, and the choices available to website visitors.
Effective date: July 31, 2026
Who operates this site
Polk Septic Help is an independent referral property operated by Demand Leads Media. Demand Leads Media is the publisher and form recipient; it is not the septic contractor performing field work.
Information you provide
A service request may include your name, phone number, optional email, service address, your statement that you may request work for the property, whether the property uses septic, requested timeline, service category, and any optional details you enter.
A homeowner-guide request includes the email address you enter, the guide version, the form placement, the market and niche, and the disclosure version shown with the form.
Do not submit payment-card data, Social Security numbers, medical information, account passwords, or other unrelated sensitive information.
How request information is used
- To check whether the request is for septic work in the service area.
- To prevent spam, solicitations, and recent duplicate requests.
- To identify one qualified independent provider.
- To send the request to that provider and allow request-related contact.
- To follow up, confirm contact, and use the next qualified provider if needed.
- To document delivery, quality, disputes, security, and compliance.
Homeowner-guide download
The guide form exchanges an email address for immediate browser access to the PDF. Submitting that form authorizes the download only. It does not create a service request, send the guide by email, or authorize monthly marketing.
The current guide form does not offer monthly-email enrollment. A future monthly option must be separate, clear, affirmative, and unchecked, and it cannot block guide access.
How information may be shared
A completed request is shared with one qualified independent provider at a time. If contact does not happen, it may then be shared with the next qualified provider—never with several providers at once. Information may also be processed by vendors that support hosting, form delivery, security, and routing under their applicable terms. It may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, or harm.
Contact and SMS choices
The current form authorizes contact about the submitted service request. It does not offer SMS consent. No marketing-text consent is inferred from submitting the form. Review contact preferencesfor available choices.
Optional website analytics and heat maps
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are available only after you choose “Accept analytics.” If you decline, make no choice, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, both tags remain off. Advertising storage, ad-user data, ad personalization, Google Signals, and Microsoft Ads sharing remain disabled even when usage analytics is accepted.
When accepted, analytics may measure page views, approximate region, device and browser category, traffic source, campaign tags, scrolls, outbound links, file downloads, form starts, validation-field names, valid form submissions, and confirmation-page outcomes. It does not receive names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, free-text request details, or the values entered into contact fields. Google Analytics event data is configured for a 14-month retention period.
Microsoft Clarity supplies aggregated heat maps and consented session recordings so the publisher can identify confusing clicks, scroll drop-off, and layout friction. Contact inputs and free-text fields carry explicit masking instructions, and Clarity’s project-level cookie default is off until analytics consent is granted. Clarity retains ordinary playback data for 30 days and aggregated click and heat-map data for 9 months under its current published retention schedule.
Google Search Console supplies aggregated information about how this site appears in Google Search. The site does not send service-request or guide-form entries to Search Console.
Call recording
This website does not record a call. If a future phone workflow offers recording or transcription, it must request affirmative recording consent before retaining either.
Retention and security
Request information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for matching, lead-quality evidence, disputes, legal obligations, security, and documented business records. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may decline to submit the form, decline a provider proposal, request that contact stop, or ask about access, correction, or deletion of request information where applicable. A verified request may require enough information to locate the relevant record.
Use the “Analytics choices” control in the footer to accept, decline, or revisit optional usage measurement. Declining removes accessible Google Analytics and Clarity cookies and prevents new analytics events from being sent from this browser.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the site, routing process, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when a material change is published.
