Terms of use
These terms explain the website’s informational and referral role. Submitting a request does not create a septic-service contract.
Effective date: July 25, 2026
Publisher role
Polk Septic Help is published by Demand Leads Media. The publisher provides information, evaluates submitted service intent, and may connect a user with one independent provider. It does not perform, supervise, inspect, price, warrant, or guarantee septic work.
Informational content
Website content is general information, not an engineering evaluation, property diagnosis, permit decision, legal opinion, or substitute for an onsite assessment by an authorized professional or public authority.
Service requests
You agree to submit accurate information about the property, authority, requested service, timeline, and contact method. Do not use the form for solicitations, job applications, competitor inquiries, emergencies requiring public safety response, or unlawful purposes.
No appointment or availability guarantee
A form confirmation means the website received the submission. It does not mean a provider accepted the request, an appointment exists, the property is within an active service area, or work will occur.
Independent provider relationship
Any provider is an independent business. The user and provider decide whether to enter a separate agreement. Verify credentials, insurance, scope, permits, price, timing, payment terms, and warranties directly.
No outcome warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the website and matching service are provided without a warranty of diagnosis, availability, price, work quality, safety, completion, savings, or result.
Official sources and external sites
Links to government and other external sites are provided for reference. Their content, availability, and policies are controlled by their respective operators. Verify current rules with the responsible agency.
Changes
The site, matching rules, and these terms may change. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes use under the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
Questions about a service request can be addressed through the contact-preferences page. No public email or consumer phone endpoint is published until it is operationally verified.
